I’ve known Emma for quite a few years now, and she is absolutely amazing at her job. She genuinely cares about every booking, whether it’s your first time booking with her or you’ve been a regular for years.

We’ve just booked our next trip to Australia, and as always, Emma has taken all the stress and hassle out of the process. She handles everything from start to finish, making sure every detail is covered - flights, accommodation, and everything in between.

Any special requests, whether with airlines or hotels, are sorted without any fuss. Having a disability means that things can sometimes be complicated, but with Emma taking care of it all, I don’t have to worry about a thing.

My dad and I wouldn’t book with anyone else, and we’d recommend her every time.
