La Caravelle – A la carte restaurant open 6 days a week serving international-inspired cuisine. La Caravelle is situated in a beautiful setting along the picturesque white sandy beach of Trou Aux Biches. Open for buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10am, lunch from 12.30pm to 3pm and dinner from 7pm to 10pm. Dress code is smart casual of an evening.

Il Corallo – Delectable Italian-inspired restaurant open 6 days a week. Il Corallo is very unique n style with it opening onto the stunning beachfront as well as the resorts sparkling ponds.  Open for dinner daily from 7pm to 10pm. Dress code is smart casual.

L’Oasis – The hotels main restaurant offering sweeping views of both the glistening ocean and the pool. Scrumptious buffets are available every evening as well as live cooking stations and a ‘Mauritian Market’ buffet once a week. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10am, lunch from 12.30am to 3pm and dinner from 7om to 10pm. Dress code is smart casual of an evening.

Le Deck – Mediterranean-inspired restaurant open daily for lunch and 6 days a week for dinner. An array of freshly prepared favourites are served here. A la carte lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 7pm to 10pm. Dress code is smart casual of an evening.

Blue Ginger – An elegant restaurant serving mouth-watering Thai cuisine. Blue Ginger also features an open-show kitchen for a fantastic dining experience. Open 6 evenings a week for dinner (7pm to 10pm). Dress code is smart casual.

Mahiya – Warm and tranquil Indian restaurant offering unforgettable experiences, open 6 evenings a week for dinner (7pm to 10pm). Dress code is smart casual.

La Caravelle Bar – An inviting bar located just steps away from the beach. An extensive selection of cigars, flavoured rums and champagne will be served here daily from 10am until midnight. Dress code is elegant.

L’Oasis Bar – Main bar overlooking the ocean and sparkling pool, open daily from 10am to 1am. An array of refreshing beverages including beautifully crafted cocktails will be served here as well as pancakes from 3.30pm to 5pm.
